The Master Trainer
PS5 has a small but very select core of Master Trainers.
Master trainers are all trained in-house by PS5 to deliver the REACT Training Protocols. All our Master Trainers are hand picked and in the main come from Police, Military and Special Forces backgrounds, or alternately have specialist knowledge in specific fields. Most of the Master Trainers have been known to PS5 for many years and have established a close and trusted working relationship with the company.
A Master Trainer has an in depth understanding of the REACT System and all the company's training protocols, they also have the capability to deliver full training programes in their specialist fields to any audience at any level.
The combined skills of the PS5 Master Trainers form a powerhouse of knowledge and experience.

The trainer
A Trainer is trained to deliver REACT Training Protocols by a PS5 Master Trainer. More often than not the trainers we train to deliver REACT Training are already experienced professionals, many are self employed or in full time employment as in-house trainers for specific companies and organisations. PS5 will only train a trainer to deliver REACT Protocols if they meet the criteria laid down by the PS5 screening policy. For those courses accredited by Skills for Security, their trainer acceptance policies must be adhered to.
